Very bad service at all
This branch is disgusting. Everyone there is completely unqualified and clueless. They have no information whatsoever and are running the branch however they please. It's appalling and they mistreat customers. Cancel dealings with all Bank Misr branches.
A failed bank. I had money stuck in the currency exchange machine and waited for two weeks until I received it. I was humiliated. The employee's name is Maria Georgy in the Sheikh Zayed branch, Fifth District, Commercial Building branch. She was not cooperative at all and kept delaying me until I hated the bank. I was about to give up the money. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. Be careful, change your currency from the Bank of Egypt machine. You will be humiliated completely.
The employees of the branch manager... they were disgusted.
Bank Misr, Mall of Cairo branch, is a very respectable place.
