I have been trying to get my money back since they got stuck in the ATM for almost 2 months now and nothing. I filed 2 complaints so far and nothing. They keep telling me that it is not the right “time” or “day” and that the info I am providing is incorrect. I even have receipts from the ATM.
Poor teller management Long customer service waiting time
Long waiting time. No enough teller employees. Only one working.
Long queue, staff are not helpful
