Customer care rep omar was rude & uncooperative. ZERO emotional intelligence & zero Professional conduct. Head of the bank and VP ended up apologizing for him but he was rude, dismissive & non apologetic. Would not wish interacting with him on my worst enemy.
Finally, all the 4 ATM machines are working fine.
Calm place not very crowded..however the customer numbers system is not working but this may be temporarily. Overall service is good
Very Bad Customer Service. Not friendly, especially for non egyptian people. Not recommended
