A great branch with friendly tellers and customer service staff. Managers are nice, supportive and helpful too. All ok, except for the crowded times, where you gonna wait for long as there’s only 2 operating windows (out of four available). In the past that was fine, but with the increasing demand on the branch, I believe management need to reconsider staffing plans.
Small quite elegant CIB branch, fully active with minimal employers.
Few number of customers but few number of employees, which lead to slow actions!
