Came to open new account. There was two number ahead of me. Waited 30 minutes with no movement. Ended up going to QNB next door and I was done in 5 minutes. CIB lost a client because how slow they are.
know that if you want to reach customer service you will take lots of time. bring pop corn or download a game on your phone to kill the time
Abysmal wait times for wealth. Attempted to go into normal customer service they refused. This is not a good branch.
Worst Wealth customer service ever.. we have been waiting for Mr. Abdel Rahman Ibrahim for nearly 45 mins in his office (so called wealth) with no one here
Slow when crowded. Usually crowded (or maybe it’s related to the time of my visits) Except for waiting time, service is good.
