Worst branch ever, the CS reps there work like sloths, they’re too slow, everything takes a million years, and the least wait time there till you even reach a rep to talk to is 2 hours if not more. Only two CS reps are available, a man and a woman, the man works hard as i can see and tries to be as efficient as he could although there’s room for improvement, as for the woman she’s absolutely useless, she’s on the phone all day, barely getting any work done, and the worst thing is non of her managers are even saying anything to her. Radical changes definitely needs to be done in this branch, as well as an intensive training for the reps on how to be quick and efficient.
