Having recently made Alterna Savings Scarborough Centre location our home office we were pleased to find the same exceptional customer service we received in Markham. Thanks Lisa H. The staff(Lori, Rhonda,Lisa et al) consistently make us feel welcomed and valued as C.U. Members. We also have a personal banking associate in Jill Patel who we feel very comfortable working with. Her customer service efforts are top notch. From her friendly, respectful and engaging manner to her clear communication and listening skills and product/ service knowledge she has certainly earned our confidence. Went for our apt today at Alterna at 410 progress ave . The bank manager and ast bank manager both took the time to chat. Very friendly. Prabhdeep , was amazing. Our experience at Alterna was a very good one. The officer was patient in explaining the investments; was knowledgeable about various investments; had many good suggestions but was not pushy; no repeated questions were too much; officer's inviting ways made us feel welcome and encouraged us to talk.
