Worst service ever. RETRAIN YOURE EMPLOYEES. I like BMO services because I’m a student. I’ve never experienced issues with their staff as most have been very professional. But their services in this branch especially the Asian lady whose office is at the far end of the building, should be seriously addressed. There was a language barrier that was clear but my experience wasn’t because of cultural differences. as a student part of a targeted minority, I myself experience being treated unfairly. I can empathize for those trying to overcome these issues but the this woman didn’t reciprocate not even the bare minimum for common human courtesy. I tried to communicate my inquiries in so many different ways to the best of my ability in correspondence to the language barrier. I gave scenarios and I tried rewording so many times on the same question I didn’t think needed to be elaborated even more because of how simple it was… like I said earlier I handled the language barrier with patience a

Davis is reliable, professional, and truly top-notch. I rarely leave reviews, but Davis absolutely earned this one. Since I began working with him in 2024, he has been punctual, professional, and attentive to every detail of my requests. Her attitude was abysmal; she showed zero patience and was incredibly impolite throughout my interactions with her. Moreover, I've noticed a concerning pattern at this branch. Staff members frequently invent various pretexts to prevent customers from withdrawing money from their own accounts, even when there are sufficient funds available. This is not only inconvenient but also highly unprofessional. I would particularly caution all business account holders to steer clear of this branch. They seem to go out of their way to obstruct business operations, creating unnecessary hurdles and difficulties. This branch is really terrible. Representive name Rose Song have very bad attitude. very unprofessional. When I come to the manager she to talk about Rose she was very impatient.
