TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 1684 Danforth Avenue Old Toronto

No respect for customer's time or business. I had an appointment booked with Tony from this TD Branch at 1pm today to open my Business Account with TD. 1pm comes around today and I received no call. They didn't even give me his contact info. I called the branch. The lady there told me she is sorry about that he is not online currently but he should give me a call soon. Still no call and I have other appointments booked for my business today. I am just going to go to another bank where they respect my time and my business. I suggest a branch manager from TD should speak to Tony about keeping his appointments with clients.

Thank God for the Branch Manager at this TD. She actually fixed a major issue I was having with my business account. I have been trying to open my business account with TD bank since Thursday of last week. First they issued me the wrong card that didn't work. Then they issued me two cards by accident. Then they didn't know what happened they made a mistake. Finally, today, Monday. I met a Branch Manager at the Coxwell location that actually knows her job. She fixed my problem within minutes not days. She was friendly and professional. Remember, when Canada hired Canadians like her who actually knew how to do their jobs properly. "Tony" Khanh Nguyen this guy is terrible. Never called for his appointment with our business. When I called the branch to find out what was going on. The lady there said she could not reach him on the internal TD System because he was "offline" basically this dude was sleeping at home and not doing his job. Which cost my company contracts and a lot of time. This guy showed no respect for our business at all. He said he tried to call but there was some "error" yet a million other people called me just fine at the same number and another TD employee from another TD branch called me just fine on the same number he claimed was an "error" lol. What a joke this guy is. It's Time to Make Canada Great Again. One way or the other. Let's go Kyle and Tyler! You Got This! #MCGA

Please be careful everyone. A phat, man was walking two dogs he couldn't even control as I was going into this TD Bank to do my banking. He decided to walk right in front of me as I was trying to enter this TD Bank. Then proceeds to tell me there is some "Law" about him walking on the right side of the side walk right in front of me as I was trying to enter this TD Bank. After I told him stop walking in front of people when he sees them coming. He proceeds to follow me into this TD Bank and he's standing there blocking the door. Going on about some "Law" he made up about walking on the right side of the side walk. I stopped responding to him. After 10 minutes he finally left and the TD Bank Employees did nothing about this serious safety issue. Thankfully, I was just there for a work meeting and this was not my main branch so I don't need to go back there. Avoid this TD Bank at all costs for your own safety.

I signed up with TD Bank online and received emails saying everything was ready, but I couldn't access my account at all. When I called customer service, they had no record of my profile and told me to go in person with ID. I went to a branch, and they still couldn't help me because I didn't have my passport, which no one mentioned beforehand. Apparently signing up online "causes issues, but this was never communicated to me in any email or during the process. After all that, I asked to just close everything, even though they already did a hard credit check, and they still couldn't do that. Completely disorganized and frustrating experience.
