National Bank Unit 100A 7303 Warden Avenue

So I initially had a horrible experience with this bank. Key word is " initially " and rather than leaving a poor review on Google I decided to reach out to a banker I was going to speak too. She called me after my email and was very thorough with the issues I faced. Fab Pasmiño was the banker. David Bang, her manager, called me same day. Very thorough and asked many questions. The right questions too. This experience with management made the experience go from a 1 to a 4 star experience. Fab and David are great.

recently called the branch and my experience was disappointing. A guy answered the phone without any introduction—no name or role, just straight to answering. His responses were limited to ‘yes’ or ‘no,’ with no additional information or support. When I explained my request, there was no acknowledgment or engagement. When I asked if I could speak with someone else due to his unprofessional and dismissive attitude, he told me there was no one available to help. This lack of professionalism left a very negative experience.

My business partner got us a great rate for our industrial renewal. Very pleased with the results and timing. We're considering switching here because CWB is very much pro business and very friendly to end users of CRE
