TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 1800 Sheppard Avenue East North York

I’ve been a customer of TD Canada Trust for over three decades, when it was still called « Toronto Dominion ». My home branch is that of Skymark Plaza (Don Mills & Finch), but since I had to run some errands at Fairview Mall, I decided to do my banking at the branch there. There was a long line-up and not too many tellers; I waited almost 45 minutes for my turn. When I asked the teller who helped me if it was customary to be so just on a Tuesday evening, he said it’s the case every day. But I must admit that the service I received was great. The teller took his time addressing my issues, and helped me resolve one that I couldn’t manage using the app. He was patient and waited for me to be able to access my account online, making sure all was in order. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience, save the long wait.

I’ve been to this branch several times and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful.Today I was assisted by a male white associate whose name starts with K— he’s an Experienced Banking Associate. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his full name because I was in a rush, but his service was amazing! He was friendly, polite, and very professional throughout the whole process, and he reminded me of all the important details multiple times. Also, a big shoutout to Arisan Salak who helped me on another visit — extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable as well! Thank you to the team at this branch for always making my banking experience smooth and pleasant!

Opened a joint credit card with my partner at this location back in November 2025. Was told a credit card would arrive in the mail within 10 business days. Weeks passed by and nothing arrived. Tried calling the bank associate that assisted in opening the account and only ever got her voicemail, no call back for weeks after. Eventually she did call me back (almost a month later) and told me that there was a mistake and that the card they had prepared for me actually had the same exact card number as my partner’s but with my name on it which made it an invalid card and was automatically flagged as an error in their system. The entire time I was calling to follow up, a card hadn’t even been mailed out! If I hadn’t called they wouldn’t even realize the card was never made/ sent.
