BMO Bank of Montreal #101 120 Bloor Street East

I have never written a review this angry in my life, but my experience with BMO Mastercard over the past few months has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is only 1 star because I can't leave 0. A few months ago, my bag was stolen along with my BMO Mastercard. I did the responsible thing: I immediately cancelled the card and had a replacement sent. When the new card arrived, I tried to register it with BMO online and in the app so I could continue to monitor my account, track transactions, and make my payments like I’ve done for 10+ years as a loyal customer. That’s when the nightmare began. Every single attempt to sign in or register the new card (easily 50+ times, across both the app and website) returned the same error: “There’s an issue on our end, try again later.” But I was never able to regain access. I started calling customer service — dozens of times — only to be passed from person to person, department to department, with no one offering help or taking responsibilit

Why the hell in God's name would you close the atm? On a Sunday in the middle of the day? You can't leave the ATM open!????? I'm canceling my account on Monday what a joke

I have banked at this branch for over 20 years. The tellers are superb and run the branch. The managers come and go and generally are inadequate at sorting out issues. For me personally, I could not have had better service for my banking needs both commercial and private.

Overall had a good experience. Steve was very helpful. He helped me open my bank account and provided all the details i needed. While i know it's one of the tactics to get customers, it would be much appreciated if all the conditions of special offers are explained beforehand.

The staff is very nice and very helpful. I opened an account during a lunch break with the help of Aria, he has great customer service and was able to address all my needs and the process was very smooth. At the tellers the gentleman that helped me was were very good too amd very helpful and the line up was not bad at all when I visited the bank that day.
