I commend CIB-Mall of Arabia Branch- responsive and helpful customer support teams esp Ms.Sarah who helped us to make easy banking experience, making customers feel valued and supported esp for a foreign like me,she takes the time to answer all any questions I may have..keep it up👍👍👍
Good branch, open 7 days a week. Weekdays full services weekends withdrawal and deposit.
Very slow & bad service in cash desk, Q. system , screen no working & some one call for the numbers as old ages,,, young training staff, never again.
If you have less than 1 start I will give it to this branch, The ATM on the branch is always not working and I couldn't make deposit many times, Where CIB top management
