very bad customer service and unprofessional staff!
It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Nour from CIB Bank Company at the agency's customer service. He is an amazing, professional, and very helpful individual. He saved clients time by ensuring all services could be completed at one branch. I am grateful and lucky to have met him. Thank you for the exceptional service provided. highly recommended
Worst branch. The branch’s service is extremely poor in terms of the customer management skills and the enployee’s time management. They took my money in seconds and failed to deliver my card as promised (in 10 days). I waited for almost 45 days! With no use whatsoever. I contacted the customer service number a couple of times. No use. On the contrary, they couldn’t even handle the phone calls properly and they blamed the shipping company. Plus, you will have to spend half a day in order to get your money back due to their lack of professionalism.
Terrible costumer service! Online it said it’s open till 3pm, when I arrived at 1:30 they told me it’s closed. Will not be visiting this branch again.
CIB is a great bank, this branch unfortunately has a bad service for customers. I had to wait one hour, literally, to get my debit card...
