I'd like to share my experience in this lovely branch of October 6th. The staff members were extremely hospitable, kind and very welcoming. Furthermore, very warm and exceptional regards to Ms. Lamiaa, the supervisor of customer service & Ms. Seba the receptionist for playing a massive role in processing my bank requests with total professionalism and meticulousness. It would also be unjust to neglect Mr. Yousry's efforts for handling and following up with the status of my account. I truly couldn't recommend this branch more and I shall definitely be coming here again , cheers! 🤝🎩❤️🦷
Worst branch in all the branches extremely slow and unprofessional and always something is wrong with the ATMS they need to change the management inside as it's something is wrong.
