This bank Plays Scams a lot, Totally Can Not Be Trusted. I called, contacted many times with different persons for a lump sum payment, but they just do not want let me to pay. Several years ago, the bank changed my monthly payment from interest + principal to interest only, it really shocked me. This bank just want to earn interest forever. You have to avoid the bank - This is a Seriously Warning.

I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. The phone# on the renewal doesn't get you to a person. I had to google the main line and then told the person that handles is out office office. Man I was a mortgage agent and my not one of my 10 contacts works at this place any longer. Imagine the turn over and the total lack of service. They are a schedule one bank and are offering the worse rates ever. Time to look somewhere else. They are a second rate lender all day long. I know. I had over 30 A lenders and they are not in the top 30 for sure.

Worst bank service ever. Run, don't just walk away from this place. The reps have very little training as they make up rules on the fly to suit the errors they make. We've closed our accounts & caution you to do the same. Horrendous bank. Unfortunately, for this rating, we're limited to choose 1 star. They don't deserve even that.

5 years ago I went with this company as they offered the rate going on a 5 year fixed term. They have been nothing but Excellent since day 1. I’m not sure if most of these review are frustrated clients who have been late on payments or have negligent in some sort of way. That being said, I’ve always paid on time with zero issue at all. Currently in the renewal process, and even now, nothing but great service.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS BANK! Like many others here, I’ve had an awful experience with B2B Bank. I took out a loan over a year ago, and they kept charging me the same amount even after I had paid off a major portion of it. I contacted dozens of times — each time receiving a different excuse — but nothing was ever resolved. What shocked me most was when an agent told me they don’t communicate via email — only verbally. For a modern bank, that’s unacceptable. It made resolving anything incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Even after repaying again, they said I now need to file a formal complaint just to get my own money back. I spoke with their manager (Arnie) a month ago, who promised to fix it — but again, nothing happened. Unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the stress. I strongly recommend avoiding this bank.
