Came here with bank draft and business card of branch manager of the other bank. I explained the last time I had a 45 day hold out on a bank draft which was absurd. She agreed. So she puts a 7 day hold to verify. Which is fair. Next day I check my account the gold changed to 30 days. When I called in she explains that she just faxed it in and haven’t heard back so hold was changed to 30 days. This makes absolutely no sense. Isn’t that the hole point of a 7 day hold is to give some time to verify? Just because you don’t hear back instant doesn’t mean it’s a fraud. It was faxed at 1pm. It is now 3:30pm and I have to go to the sending branch to sort this out. BMO always consistently offers me the worse customer service from everything I do with them. Kudos to you for keeping up the consistently horrid client experience. You can do better. I will be calling in to file a complaint to draw attention to these absurd practices that I don’t experience at any other branch.

Bad place ,don’t do work seriously. Someone defrauded my money through online transfer. I went to this bank to report it, and the staff told me that it would take 7-10 days. However, I did not receive the money. I called many times and went to this bank several times, but they just told me to wait. In May, I had to go to this bank again to inquire, only to find out that they did not handle the procedures for my fraud. In August, I asked the bank where I opened an account, only to find out that there was a result without me receiving any notification at all. The result is that the money was not a fraud, but a telephone verification was sent. I have never received any SMS verification. Do you have any evidence to prove that your verification was sent to my mobile phone? This is obviously because of a loophole in the bank system. I was defrauded. Please don’t use this bank. It is too shameless.

I visited your branch early this year to open bank drafts. At that time, my bank plan was the performance plan and since I was a student, the plan fee was waived. One staff promoted the premium plan to me saying if I saved at least 6,000 dollar in my chequing account, the plan fee would be rebated in the end of the month. However, recently I found that I did not got the rebate since February. So I went to another branch because I moved. I was told that 6,000 was a DAILY min. amount and I did not think I was informed that it was a daily requirement this early this year. I kindly ask if these charged fee can be refunded to me, as the branch where I visited today did not do so.. I do not know why the staff recommend the premium plan and I would never switch to the premium plan if I know I would be charged, especially when there is no significant difference between these two plans and I did not really need the extra features of the premium plan.
