TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 394 Bay Street Old Toronto

I visited this branch today. I only needed to change my online password and username. This is a simple 5-minute job, but they made me wait 1 hour with zero explanation. I asked many times, “Why am I waiting? What is happening?” The associate (young guy with many earrings) kept saying, “I don’t know, I told you I do not know” without even looking at my eyes. His attitude was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Then the manager (short woman) came. She also gave me no clear information and kept asking me the same questions again and again. It felt like they were just wasting my time instead of helping me. There was no communication and no respect. I have never experienced such a terrible customer service experience in my life. I felt ignored, disrespected, and completely undervalued as a customer. Because of this experience, I will never use TD Bank again. If they cannot handle a simple request with basic respect, I cannot trust them with anything more serious. This branch

I experienced a serious operational failure at TD Bank’s 394 Bay St. branch. Incorrect guidance from branch management (Becky Luo) resulted in a financial loss, and I was asked to provide sensitive personal information (phone and SIN), which immediately led to a fraud attempt. This matter raises serious concerns about customer protection and operational oversight. I expect a prompt and transparent response.

If I could I would give a 0 star to this branch. I simply cannot imagine how they can mess up a simple task of requesting a bank statement. I told them I need a bank statement with name on it so I can use it to extend MY work permit on Sept 13. This is a personal request but they decided to file it as a business request which is already wrong in the first hand. I only know about this and how this request was rejected on 9/19 when I walk-in to a different branch in person today because nobody was responding when I called TD via the app. I’m really disappointed at this branch and I don’t understand why this branch is ghosting their loyal customers. It’s not even a big deal as I could have use that time to submit a new request rather than wasting my time for something that will never come. I’m so disappointed by this branch.

This is the best TD Trust downtown branch newly renovated and reopened this year. Glass like a green house full of light from all glass facade. An animated screen so huge across its wall near ceiling projecting people images, welcoming customers to enjoy banking. Cushioned seats at the front street level and down near The Path subway maze. Make yourself free coffee as a customer downstairs. The grass is greener on this side...

GARBAGE.... I have spent 2 weeks now trying to deposit a pension I am withdrawing through liuna my ids have expired so first they tell me to go renew my ids and they will help then I go get the temporary they say they'll help me with then I need to bring my phone to verify me so I do that and now they want me to wait 8 weeks for the physical copy of the ids they have pictures of my id I put my pin I get the texts like I have banked with td since I was 15 then these stuck up snobby garbage go out of there way to call another td that I explained everything to and they said they would help to tell them not to help me..... GARBAGE TD is not for the people
