If it were possible to rate this branch with a negative score, I would give it -5. Dealing with the business account management team has been extremely frustrating. It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone, and when someone does answer, they dismiss the issue by stating they cannot take any information because the line is “not secure.” This response was given by the account manager, Paul Vergil. Due to this experience, I am now considering changing branches or even closing my account with BMO altogether. The level of professionalism and helpfulness demonstrated by the staff has been extremely disappointing.

I recently met with Patricia N. (Financial Advisor) to discuss investment options for retirement. The experience was easy and stress free (Sara B the Branch Manager even stopped by with a complimentary coffee!). I recommend without hesitation.

Extremely disappointed with my service at this branch. To make a long story short, I had a check cleared in my account that I confirmed with my online account and over the phone. When entering the bank to perform a wire, I was met with poor attitude, condescending comments, and an overall refusal of service saying there is a branch policy to hold checks for longer than what BMO recommends. I travelled to Eglinton and they completed my transaction in a matter of minutes. This is disgusting and unacceptable service and I have reported this to BMO corporate. Disappointed to see other negative reviews. Shame on a bank for providing the service I will not return!

My experience was horrific, the personal bankers were super lethargic showing no professionalism. Bhoomika wasted 45 minutes to verify and later decline an increase in my bmo debit card limit. Try going to a different branch

Brand new modern branch! The staff here is nice and helpful. The new location is much bigger and more open-concept than the old one.
