I went for an appointment and saw the advisor Vanessa, she made me feel not welcomed and that she didn’t even want to help me for anything. When asking her questions she had to second guess herself and barely knew what she is talking about. Definitely wouldn’t recommend seeing her, i had better experiences with other advisor that make you feel welcomed and know what they are talking about.

Very bad experience with this bank. The ATM took my cash during a deposit and the money never appeared in my account. Customer service was slow and not very helpful. I expected better security and support from a bank like this. I hope they fix this issue soon.

Worse bmo location. Don’t reply to emails, don’t call you back after leaving voicemails. Don’t want to help get someone a mortgage. They prefer to sit in their office and talk with each other. Seems like they rather not do actual work but get paid to chitchat. Will never be back to this location

If it were possible, I would rate this branch below zero. The level of incompetence is staggering: customer issues remain unresolved, and the treatment clients receive is nothing short of disrespectful. The cashier is incapable of addressing basic problems, and the supervisor, instead of offering support, behaves with blatant rudeness. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and efficient service — not mistreatment and indifference. It is urgent that the management be replaced if this bank ever hopes to earn the trust of its clients. Repeated apologies mean nothing when the same poor conduct continues. Change is not optional; it is essential.
