TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 80 Front Street East Old Toronto

This is by far the best TD Bank branch I’ve visited. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping customers. I’d especially like to recognize the manager, Homra Ghaznavi. She is an excellent problem solver knowledgeable, calm, and proactive in finding clear solutions. Her leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs. William, one of the tellers, was also extremely informative and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this TD branch for anyone looking for reliable support and a positive banking experience. They truly make things easier for their customers.

We went here after a horrible experience from CIBC. To cut the story short, I needed to exchange roughly $3000 in coins (already rolled) into bills for our staff members after XTM issues. Sakshi and the rest of her team were kind, empathetic, and understanding. They were able to count and verify the money within 15 mins, while the CIBC at Church and King wouldn't even entertain the idea. Thank you Sakshi & TD Team for your patience! I have been a loyal TD customer for 10 years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I dealt with the branch manager, Katrim Rousatti, who made me wait an excessive amount of time for a bank draft without properly explaining the procedure. Instead of apologizing for the delay, he was rude, uncooperative, and even insulted me. This is not the level of service I expect after a decade with this bank.

The reviews to this branch warrant an investigation from HQ (despite, I must admit, some being hilarious). I came in today to make an appointment with a mortgage broker to discuss getting a mortgage in the future. The teller said there was an available broker onsite. He went to speak with him and turns out the broker was planning to take a break. I asked if he could quickly take me and take a break after since it didn't seem like his calendar was full. The answer was no, he had to take his break. I understand people needing breaks, but a Client coming to you to get a mortgage in an economic downturn when fewer and fewer people are getting mortgages and you don't meet with them, don't even introduce yourself....very off-putting. Now this behaviour makes a lot of sense based on the other reviews. I'm glad this is not my local branch.

This used to be a friendly place to conduct my banking.Managers and supervisors cared and were helpful. On Friday Oct.24 just before 6pm I was treated very badly by both supervisor and manager. A long time customer I am disappointed and never experienced this type of treatment. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SO BAD. What happened to this branch of the TD ? It Failed on TD standards.
