TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 1104 77 Bloor Street West

I recently visited this TD branch and was assisted by Yurim Jung. As someone who is new to Canada, I felt quite nervous and overwhelmed about opening a bank account and making important financial decisions. Yurim asked me thoughtful questions, listened carefully to my situation, and made a real effort to understand what I needed. Her warm and friendly attitude helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She patiently explained all my options and helped me make the best choice for my situation. Today I had a great experience with a teller at the sit down area. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she was Chinese, had glasses on and wore a white blouse with a black skirt. I asked her how long she’d been at the bank and she said 3 months. She had exceptional customer service skills and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I haven’t had an experience at the bank like that in such a long time. I also overheard her last client give her compliments too on her kindness. She was simply wonderful. I almost never write reviews, but feel like this was so deserving. Great hire!!
