I recently became a member of Alterna Savings. Customer service was fantastic. They even offered me a coffee, which is unheard of at other banks. Ammal took care of everything and was very friendly. So thank you for that. Jason was lovely as well and the branch manager very pleasant. This was the best experience I've had at a bank/credit union before. Thank you very much.

I have been a member of Alterna for a decade or so and my experience over the last few weeks with Precious Okere and her team at the Bay Branch has been outstandingly good. I experienced a highly professional mix of stringent security testing with clarity over policy and responsibilities and a very human and sharp intuition about how to transparently, safely and reassuringly communicate with a client member.
