Every time I have gone to this bank I have had a negative interaction with tellers and/or the manager. They are overtly rude, dispute information that I have received by chat, email, and mail, and I have had to call a superior party to straighten out misinformation on at least 2 occasions. I have a small local non-profit, and I was really hoping to develop a rapport with my local bank--but clearly not this one!!

Roughly 2pm today I had my absolute worst customer service experience in a bank via manager Bryan. What I thought was a simple bank error, confirmed by easyline (I was recommended to go to the local branch) over just 35 dollars, became being blamed for the error myself and then shamed for previous NSF incidents that I had dealt with months ago and acknowledged was my error. Being treated like this, in front of witnesses, was outrageous, and I will not hesitate to continue pursuing what is likely a human/customer rights issue. I am hoping the company will make this right and it was a regrettable mistake by one individual.

Very unprofessional staff. When I replace new cards at this TD branch, they often give me a card that's not working. When I go back here for the wrong card they gave me, they will always say: "who gave you this card? it's rediculous". This week I came here to ask about a fraudulent charge on my card. One of their staff told me: "you can just wait, we can do nothing on it", I was confused and went to another TD branch. The staff in the other branch helped me start a fraud dispute, which is a totally different answer compared to this branch. There's really a large gap between TD staff. If you guys want reliable service, I suggest you to avoid this branch and find a better one.
