It is very good bank but you need to build a relationship with employees to have understanding and to know how to use time and to invest well

Simple transaction. I had 500 Euros that I wanted changed to EGP. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR!!!! I had a ticket that said C20 and it was on C10. Some of the staff were sitting behind their desk on their phone (probably playing a game) and I while working remotely I can't spend my whole morning in the bank! After no sign of movement, and after witnessing no sense of urgency I gave up and left. What a massive waste of time and what a poor system they have in such a big building. When tourism is at an all time low, it's ironic to see banks not care when you bring foreign cash into their country.

In 70 % of my visits the system was down! If you manage to fix your money issues with other banks, if a good one exists, do it Very limited services, nothing could be solved by phone, and it takes couple of days or weeks until things get solved at the end!!

If you need to change your dollars or euros to Egyptian pounds when the bank is closed on Friday and Saturday, there is money exchange machine here next to the regular ATMs. Just put in your foreign cash and out comes the local cash. The exchange rate is standard too, with a 5LE commission.
