This bank is terrible. Honestly, if there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it. The customer service is awful. The staff are unqualified to understand the business. They give repetitive, memorized answers. You'll never find anyone who can give you a helpful answer or solve your problem. The same approach is repeated at multiple branches, and the same memorized answers are given.

Bank Misr, Branch 7 Buildings, Heliopolis The worst bank in terms of management... No adherence to opening hours. Entry to the bank starts after hours, and employees don't deal with customers before 8:45. There is no manager or supervision. It's unacceptable for customers to sit in the street, as this is considered an obstruction violation, and anyone can file a citation for obstruction. Furthermore, it's inhumane treatment for customers, who are supposed to be the most important people in the bank.

I swear to God, this is a garbage bank that steals from customers right in front of their eyes, and the service is dirty. If I knew, I wouldn’t have put a single pound into it. I bought an air conditioner at the end of March, and they calculated the transaction twice, meaning they took the price of the device twice. I filed a complaint the first four days and reinforced it, and after three months, they are harassing me and saying it’s gone, so get another one. I filed another complaint on July 25, and then another memo on March 8, and until now, no one has responded to my calls. Every time, the call center says sorry for the delay and they will reinforce the complaint. Until now, the amount hasn’t been returned, and they also charge me two installments and interest because I bought two devices. Be careful, people. A piece of advice from me: don’t deal with this dirty bank. If it was up to me, I wouldn’t give it a single star.
