BMO Bank of Montreal UNIT 302 220 Yonge Street

I’m a big fan of BMO always there when I need help with my banking. I didn’t actually go inside this time, just snapped a picture outside because the branch looked really nice. That said, I’d still much rather go to the BMO in Edmonton. The Unity square branch, especially with Kendric, is my go to he really knows his stuff!

Exceptional service at the BMO Eaton Centre branch. I’m new to BMO and the support I received from Sr Branch Manager Shirley and another staff member Meenakshi was outstanding. They really go above and beyond for their clients. Great atmosphere and even better staff.

I had the absolute best experience with Meenakshi, the Assistant Branch Manager at BMO Eaton Centre. She truly went above and beyond to help me while I was traveling away from my home branch. What stood out most was how she really listened, understood my situation, and made me feel supported throughout the process. As a brand new BMO customer, I’ll admit I had some doubts about making the switch. But my interaction with Meenakshi completely solidified my decision & reassured me that I made the right choice in moving to BMO. Thank you, Meenakshi, for your professionalism, kindness, and for making such a positive impact!

I came in to get my issues with interac not getting deposited in account fixed and the person helping wasn’t able to resolve my problem and instead got me locked out of my account. Came to bank to get one issue resolved and left with locked out of account and no interac working and an answer “you will have to call online now”. You could have told me before getting me locked out of my account. Not helpful at all.

The new branch at the Eaton Centre is spacious and I appreciate the extended hours. The staff are also consistently helpful and kind! That said, greater clarification could've been provided regarding specifics on how the ATM lobby is open from 7 am - 11 pm, when the Eaton Centre is only open from 10 am - 9 pm. The branch is inside the Eaton Centre, with no means to access just the ATM without going inside the mall.
