The incompetence is just laughable to be honest. Sat in here for 50 minutes just to watch them call 5 numbers/ people. You’d think they were understaffed but they’re just really that slow. I suggest all of them go to any other Chinabank branch to watch how they operate. Maybe they can teach them a thing or two on efficiency and overall managing a branch. I found it funny with how bad it is here and just left. Why wait another 2 hours for them to call my number when I could literally walk to another branch 20 minutes away and be done with my transaction within 10 minutes.
Worst Bank ever. Took me 2 hours just for cheque deposit account.
