Poor customer service. Applied for a debit card last month, which should be ready for pick up in a week’s time. Didn’t get any notification that there were delays in release of card. I only found out about it when I visited the bank a month after. Bank staff was clueless about my application, she even thought it was for a payroll account for Filinvest.
Service is slow and cashier is unprofessional, she even said “you should just go home we’ll close at 4pm” but their store closes at 5pm!
Very poor costumer service!!! Time and time again ang bagal ng service noyo!! If possible to give 1 star, I would!!
Poor customer service they make wait for 30mins and im the only customer at that time
Definitely still here...just drove past it.
