Tried calling this branch multiple times yesterday and experienced repeated dropped calls. On some calls, the staff answered but after I started speaking, it seemed like they could not hear me and the line was disconnected. On other attempts, the call was picked up and dropped almost immediately. It was very frustrating as I was unable to get assistance despite several tries. If this was a technical issue, I hope it gets checked and resolved.
Quick resolution to my concern. Just make sure to go early. Before 11am on weekdays would be best time
