I don't know about the previous reviews but this branch is one of the most accommodating banks I've been to. From the guards up to the bank employees they were very helpful with my concern when I went there last May 6, 2021. Keep it up!
Great nice excellent
Very slow process, 4 open teller, yet not a single one focus on their teller job. They are multi tasking, the effect is customers wait for too long! It will take you three hours just to make a deposit!
They were very accommodating and my transaction was for customer service and i am pretty sure they did well on meeting my transaction needs.
No SMS notification about the maintaining balance increase.
