Terrible bank ever! Mag aayos lang ng ATM card activation, took 3 hours yet the ATM machine is not even working. If I had the choice what bank our payroll should choose, definitely this bank won't be on the list. Worst of worst.
crap listing thier phone number does not even work, if they cannot even manage thier phone numbers how can you expect them to manage your money!
Always cut off and closed, but they don't even have a closed sign and they close at 3 PM when I came around 12 or 1pm. They don't even speak in person with you and through the glass. WORST BRANCH OF UNION EVER. RUDE STAFF, RUDE SECURITY GUARD.
Everytime i make phone call always out of service. İ just want to follow up my card if its already available to pick up to your branch almost 3 months.
