Been going here for 3 times now. Been waiting for my mobile app to work. They say I can't withdraw my own money without the email from the HR.. Wow my own money can't withdraw... There are ways to improve the service.. I especially waste my time waiting for nothing... I hope they can improve the mobile service with people who handle the line.. so people will not waste time waiting for nothing.. The lady who assisted me.. I felt since she can help me . I felt the cold treatment and moved on her own next task..

Great experience. It can be a little jarring at first, when you have to use an iPad to fill in your info before getting queued up, but you get a hang of it pretty quickly. If you have the app, it's a lot more easier. Just book the appointment and tap the "I'm Here" button when you arrive at the branch. Service was relatively fast. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain things to customers. The ATM machine is not as fast, though. It is slow as molasses. It gets the job done, but it is slooow.

UB Clark Branch is very disappointing, waste of time and horrible experience. Imagine, spending almost an hour just to deposit in my savings account. Every time I visited their branch, there will always have a long line of customers waiting outside considering of the hot weather. I recommend that they MUST improve their quality and speed of service, skills and attitude of their employee, and the facility is very small. Unionbank must also consider to build a branch on SM Clark or within Clark so that customers have choices where they can visit UB. Please improve your service and tell your employees in Clark branch to assist the customers respectfully!!!!!

Made a mistake opening a business acct here. Mobile check deposit feature doesnt always work so needed to go in branch, defeating the purpose of the mobile feature. Once here, jampacked with waiting line outside. Then filled out the ipad to depo checks, apparently was done wrong, because once i was called, the lady told me to do it again and went back to the end of the line. She could've easily done it on her workstation, why do customers have to do the job of tellers? Time wasted, horrible process. They think they operate as a digital bank but needs way more improvents. In the meantime, this branch is too small to handle an influx of people. Unless you enjoy sitting on plastic chairs in the heat. Think twice before you consider an acct here.
