Came to open a checking account. Non-resident staff was assisting. Arrived at 12:15, then she said she’ll have to wait for her ID because she can’t open it without it. Waited for more than hour and there was no anything, no info whether it will come or not. If I hadn’t asked for an alternative and just waited, maybe I’ll be waiting for several hours sa wala. I mean I understand that it’s beyong her control. Pero para pabayaan akong naghihintay sa wala? Na even her, di niya alam if anong oras dadating or kung dadating ba? She could’ve told me about the situation para I have decided if I’ll wait or not kasi she had the same situation nung morning. And dude, you’re assigned to another branch na hindi ka ready for the things you NEED to do your job. What? Is it really how Metrobank system works?? Very poor customer service. System sucks. Not fully blaming the staff but she could’ve done better.

I came to open an account at 230pm and the customer service accepted my documents and asked me to fill in some documents. i was told to come back the following day as the system shuts down at 330pm and will not be able to register my account. I came few days after and I was told to come back again after few days as there were 3 other account that is pending to be opened. Customer Service is poor and staff are lazy and slow
