I accidentally/unintentionally pressed the priority tab in the registration. The teller in priority lane made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. She confronted me with a loud voice and cold attitude, even though I told her na di ko naman sinasadyang mapindot. Hoping she'll get reprimanded.
My wife opened an SSS savings account at this branch in May 2023. Two years later she was asked by the Head Office to activate her account because it was classified as "Inactive" by the branch staff and after more than 2 years of regular monthly pension deposits. The account was not credited with any interest also after reaching the minimum ADB. It took us more than 5 emails for them to see their errors and yet nothing was done to correct them.
Teller from the pwd/priority lane smile is expensive . Felt cold for her unresponsive appreciation by simply replying "welcome" to my sweet thank you . Wondering why?
No proof of payment given only text and the text comes very late!
Very unreliable and rude tellers. They seemed not interested in servicing clients. Not courteous.
