Had a great experience with my account opening for my payroll. Ms “Mira” was very helpful and the whole process only took 30 minutes to get my card.
Worst branch na napuntahan ko. Only 1 counter is open and there are 50+ customers in line. Slow staff and rude security guards. I dont recommend banking in this branch.
Staffs are slow. I hope they can improve their services in their app and online bank so I can avoid going to their bank whenever I have issues.
Staff is slow and lazy. Always say no, rather than giving their clients other options. Not recommended.
