That teller at that branch is rude — extremely rude. Maybe she is too excited to eat her McDonald's lunch, which is why she is so rude. They already have issues, and they have the nerve to pull an attitude and waste my time. And you, ma'am, the teller #2 woman,— when you grabbed the bank form earlier, that wasn't right, just because I am loosing my patience, you are so unprofessional!!! I hope they throw you to the farthest branch.
Went in to claim my card. Transaction was fast and I was able to claim it during my lunch. Staff were also nice
We were impressed by Lei, bank associate, who helped us with our atm/banking issue. She's genuinely helpful and patient.
Considering that holy week is coming and lot of people will process their bank transactions..they should have a lot of tellers for faster transaction however they only got 1....such a waste of time and office as it is quite large.
Long queues few tellers most of the time. Just depositing money can take an hour even on an ordinary banking day. Having a deposit would help a lot if you have a few tellers
