Very slow service. This branch is like you are back in the 70s. Missed out on the modernization program.
Poor teller lead time. Only 1 teller to assist.
I just got my metrobank payroll debit card and says, I need to activate the card through text message. When I do it, says incorrect details. This is so hassle for us. I don't understand why this so hard to do other bank card can be activated through ATM slot. The staffs are not pleasant. Security guard will warn you from using phone while their employees and customers using theirs. I mean, I didn't see the sense, I am not taking photos there instead browsing my social media while waiting to their slow service. The fact that transaction and process are so slow and sick.
