BDO Unibank 12 Benguet Centre ADB Avenue

I am writing to you to hopefully notice my concern regarding the refund of my money that was sent to the wrong gcash number on July 15th 2025 from (bdo to gcash account via insta pay )and until now I still haven't received the refund. I know that it's my mistake but as a loyal bdo user I hope that my money will be returned to me especially since it is just floating on inactive gcash account. I have made several calls and emails but they only answer me the same way. It has been 3 months and I still have not received the refund. I hope you will be considerate. I hope that such scenarios will be taken into action. Waiting 3 months is no joke. If the money cannot be returned, I hope you will just tell me the truth. I tried to ask gcash for help but they said that you will be the one to help me get my money back. Since it came from my bdo account. I hope that my concern will be taken into consideration.

Give incentive for your staff to work fast and HELP customers. I'm sat here for hours watching them go SLOW and take their time chatting between occasionally serving a customer... SLOWLY. Branch looks nice but the insides are rotten

Bdo is a suck!!!!!!! You get loan from them And then the interest is 3x. In principal And then additional of there partner Insurance. They are killing us softly🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Looks nice but prepare for the worst service ever inside (Podium branch)! really the staff just are lazy!

Slowest branch of all…. The guards are friendly though. Was hoping since the bank is inside the mall and the BDO corporate building it will be fast. But no, I was wrong. Will never transact here again. I suggest going to the Ayala 30th mall branch. Service is faster there
