Dear UnionBank, I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service at your Tektite Branch. Every time I visit, I feel unwelcome, as if customers are treated as a burden rather than valued clients. Most recently, during a transaction, I noticed that the point person seemed indifferent and unapproachable. Despite paying for the service I requested, I felt as though I had to apologize just for being there. The lack of concern for customers is frustrating—waiting for two hours without any proactive updates, only to be ignored unless I remind the staff myself, is simply unacceptable. Additionally, the employees appear hesitant to approach the this point person for matters that clearly fall under her responsibility. This reluctance makes me question whether the issue is with the manager's leadership or the overall branch culture. The experience of banking here is disheartening; rather than feeling like a paying customer, I feel as if I am asking for a favor. I am unsure

Very slow in processing transactions. It took me almost 3 hours waiting for my number to be called. The tellers are always entertaining other persons. When I called them out and compalined why they are not calling numbers, despite the fact that nobody is in the counter anymore, it was the only time that they started calling again. This is not the first time that it happened. What is the purpose of the queuing number if it will not be followed. The management of this branch should do something about it

Fast and techy branch...and most especially, they're on e-wire system,, paperless transactions that helps the environment. Bravo,, Bravo,,, hope all banks are like yours....

Dialed 4 of their numbers for 2 hours, fr 2-4 pm. No body answered.

Took me 2 hours to withdraw money over the counter.
