This branch of DBS is my go-to for my physical banking needs. I have been its customer since the 1980s. The service here is very good - with well trained staff who are professional and courteous in serving customers. And there is a comfortable seating area while waiting for your queue number to be called. My only disappointment with this branch of DBS was when its DBS Treasures lounge closed.

I visited the bank on 10 January 2026 and would like to commend Ms Angeline Wang for her exceptional patience and professionalism. Despite being the only staff on duty, she managed a high volume of customers calmly and efficiently. Her responsibilities extended well beyond issuing queue numbers. She assisted customers with banking transactions and enquiries, patiently supported senior customers, and guided both local and foreign customers through the setup of internet banking. While Ms Angeline handled the situation very competently, it was also concerning to see her attending to all customers on her own. Her dedication, resilience, and positive attitude under such demanding circumstances are truly commendable and deserve recognition.

Every time I use the DBS branch at Bukit Timah, I receive her truly dedicated and professional assistance. Janet Chung!! Thank you I can feel her sincerity, and I am very grateful for her professionalism and commitment to her work.. Thank you. Janet Chung !! And the man at the front, who wears a uniform similar to a police officer and helps guide people, is always kind and helpful as well. Thank you. However, a few staff members at the counter gave me incorrect information and made me feel pressured. I am grateful because other staff members stepped in and assisted me, which I truly appreciated.

I am utterly appalled by the unacceptable level of customer service we just experienced. In what is supposed to be a first-world country, it is incomprehensible that a simple change of address for my teenage son could take more than an hour to process. To make matters worse, the counter staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. At one point, she even remarked that my son should “remember his signature from four years ago.” How is such an unreasonable expectation placed on a teenager? When he never visit the bank to do any transaction since the account opening. The comment was not only unhelpful but also insulting. She only chose to tone down her attitude after I voiced my unhappiness — something no customer should have to do in order to be treated with basic respect. As I write this, we are still stuck at the counter after an exhausting hour and a half. This inefficiency, coupled with such unprofessional conduct, is utterly disgraceful and leaves me questioning how such poor service

Horrible experience, came in around 1050 just to complete a simple mandatory request as instructed by customer service. didnt get a q number until 1130 as everytime a staff member tried to ask me what I was here for they would be interrupted by elderly people doing trivial things like "balance inquiries" and "scam inquiries" 😂😂😂, and they would just ditch me and end up forgetting about assisting their customer. To make things worse, I eventually get called at 1220 and they tell me that physical ic is needed to proceed EVEN THOUGH the staff at the entrance told me singpass was fine. I was eventually greeted with a very brief, reluctany and insincere apology as they basically signalled me to get out quickly. Genuinely appalled by the experience here.
