This Maybank branch at Bukit Timah Plaza is a welcome addition thereat - ever since the Maybank branch in the Beauty World area. My wife and I are its customers and we find the staff and ambience here to be very good. And it is nice that there are other things to do before or after our banking needs at this branch.
Wanted to change for note denomination but was informed by staff that they do not have the service. So ridiculous. Probably the staff are plainly lazy
Very poor service. No wonder the branch is so empty. I posted the above last year. Visited Maybank Bukit Timah branch again today (2025) to close my account. Took 1hour to issue a cheque to me! Don’t regret closing as the service is really really slow when the bank is not crowded at all! Lots of room for improvement
Waited 30mins sitting ALONE still nobody attend. Even the staff at the host did not even bother to expedite things.. Keep on talking to the other staff.. Talk talk talk..
went by today to open a fixed deposit account. served by a guy called L.H. even though there was only 1 person in the branch, he told me to open the account online myself as it will take 1-2 hours to open the account in the branch. what a joke, clearly was not keen to serve :)
