I had an excellent experience at this TD branch. The team was welcoming, patient, and very attentive. They put me at ease since the start. They listened carefully to my situation and guided me toward an even better option than I expected. The atmosphere was relaxed and super friendly. Highly recommend this branch.

This branch might be good for only simple teller transactions. This is what happened in 2025, the last point was yesterday: 1. An employee advised me to put all my USD in GIC, during the whole year I paid monthly fees because I should've left a certain amount in the USD account. How can an employee not know this? It was obvious he just wanted to quickly sell a GIC without care of the rules or the client. I'm never going to this branch for any of my future investments. Do not trust or take action before making your own independant research, online or asking different branches or on the phone about rules and regulations. Either they dont know or they ignore it to sell. 2. We met an employee as a family for a POA. A month or two later when I needed to use it, I found out it was on hold all this time and no one told us anything about it. I had to wait another 3 weeks for a simple date approval. Finally it was solved after calling her every 3 days for updates for a week or more. Do not trus

Don't get me wrong, I am really trying my best not to be rude here but I think TD Bank seriously needs to consider the efficacy of their employees ability to communicate in English. Unfotunately, I wasted my time on an appointment with a Financial Advisor for Investing simply because I could not understand what she was saying. Communication is rather important in this field especially when your position involves customer service and or advising.

I'm in agreement with other reviewers, this branch really needs to be held accountable for its terrible Google review score. 100% of the time, I receive great service from the tellers. Always friendly and helpful. Jack, our investment rep, is great. However, there is one investment rep who could not treat you worse than a border and customs agent on a bad day. The shockingly rude manager clearly perpetuates this culture of contempt for customers. It's an absolute embarrassment for the employees at the branch who care to put on a friendly attitude. From now on, I am going to a different branch. And for the individual at the branch replying to reviews, don't bother with your canned responses and feigned interest in sympathy. Your branch had the chance to turn things around when your score dipped below 4 stars.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three failed wire transfer attempts through this branch, I’m left frustrated and genuinely disappointed. I followed their advice after each failure, correcting exactly what they identified as the issue, yet the problems persisted. What makes this even more frustrating is that they've helped me successfully send a transfer to the same recipient before, using the exact same information. There's clearly proof it should work. Even the teller acknowledged the situation was unusual. But instead of helping to find a real solution, they shifted the blame on to the recipient, despite nothing changing on their end. The whole situation feels completely gaslight-y. Their guidance led the process each time, and in good faith I trusted their advice. But when things went wrong, there was no ownership—just deflection and dead ends without any real accountability or support. If you're looking for a reliable bank, please look elsewhere.
