TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 365 Queen Street West Old Toronto

I visited this branch around 11:00 a.m. on October 31, 2025, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There were three tellers on duty, and I waited for nearly 15 minutes. Just before my turn, one teller finished his shift and left, leaving only two active tellers with a growing line. Another teller, Yeshu Shah, arrived but took about 10-12 minutes to set up her system while customers continued to wait. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. When it was finally my turn, teller Diedonne tried to assist me, but he needed approval from his supervisor, Ms. Shah. Instead of supporting him promptly, she appeared dismissive and prioritized assisting another customer who arrived after me. She also dint seem to be in good relations with her subordinates because she showed him hand signals which were not quite professional.. I visited the branch with my friends in the midst of a snowstorm as they need to access banking services, there was not a single person to help us, they asked to wait for hours to get something very basic. When I checked the other reviews, I was like… that makes sense. not my favorite branch in the city, I really hope they change something as TD bank deserves better than that.

Typically helpful but this morning there was no communication and the teller seemed almost annoyed at me for commenting about not saying anything or answering the phone to let me know that they can't open without a 3rd person in the building, she just sat there staring at me. Apparently they can't answer the phone either without a third person in the building. Standing outside waiting while being ignored and not communicated with isn't great customer service. I don't know your internal policies so maybe starting with "morning sorry about the delay" would have been more customer service forward. It's not my fault your staff is running late.

Worst TD branch in Canada. Worst customer service, the customer service manager doesn't even know their own policy, teller gives wrong information and branch manager is a joke

I recently had a fantastic experience at TD Bank thanks to Alejandra. She was amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Alejandra took the time to understand my needs and provided clear explanations for all my questions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable.
