I’ve dealt with the mortgage specialists at this branch twice, and both experiences were incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. The first time, in 2021, our mortgage specialist, Geetika Khurana, presented me with an agreement for a HELOC to sign despite clear instructions to apply for a traditional mortgage. She also failed to waive fees as promised. This happened less than a week before the home closing, even though I had started the process a month earlier. I had to escalate the issue to branch management to resolve it in time. The second experience, in 2026, I started the renewal process last December for the mortgage maturing in March. I was assigned to Joanne Worrell, who was 20 minutes late to the first appointment and talked over me during the meeting. She aggressively pushed me to purchase insurance on the mortgage but dragged her feet when it came to applying for a different mortgage rate I requested. unprofessional experience with same staff @Look4Tutor: My family and I had the worst experience ever at this branch, Becky Luo was the manager who was unprofessional. And we got scam phone calls after visiting this branch, not sure why exactly, but she did ask us to provide some personal information on a piece of paper.
Pathetic customer service. Tellers are nice but can’t do anything - managers are poorly trained on basic customer service. Bank made a mistake on my deposit, had to come back to the branch 3 times to rectify the error, spent 45 minutes on the phone for a basic issue. Surprised, Alex Morales is in a manager role, his customer service is poor and lacks basic communication skills to articulate issues. Disappointing given this branch is right by their head office - small locations in random cities treat you way better.
The clerks in the branch knows nothing. Even the simple question like why my credit card cannot be used. Don’t waste your time. Find another branch
