First time visiting the branch and im very satisfied with the service. Ms Fatima was very helpful with my issue related to card replacement request. I am very pleased when she gave me a call today for follow up. Very professional and explained all the necessary details.

Great Customer Service, i am dealing with Hossam very respectful, supportive and he offers his support in anything needed.

Still haven't received atm after almost a week, and when I phoned the bank, they said they couldn't be held responsible because the atm has already been sent to the delivery firm. Very terrible service, and I am completely dissatisfied.

Worst staffs ever. From security to the cash officer lady..very bad way of talking. I wish if there is an option of negative stars, I would definitely give them negative.
