I don’t know how a major bank like ADIB would have only one customer service employee in a branch like Nation Tower. This is really not acceptable. I came in the evening and had to wait for an hour. Noting that only two people were before me. I really hope that ADIB change their policies or else they will lose a lot of customers.
Moh'd Al Mahde Al Haddad
Ticketing system to arrange customers and to know how many persons ahead in the line. Some customers attended directly without any tickets, passing current waiting list, this what happened with three customers today with Mohamad Al Qadi from adib. I planned to take the new 50DHS I asked abdulrahman mazen for the new 50 he said it's available. When I reached to the counter after 1 hour. there 8 pieces only total of 800DHS. Special thanks for Mr. Al Amin for his good speech and decent behavior. Hope that next time all customers to be having ticket!!

Overall bank services are improving. But the costumer service in this branch is very slow, if you want to wait over 40 minutes this is the place for you. Besides the guy working there is very clueless, giving wrong information and not willing to promote the services of the bank. I wanted to open an account and he barely talk or even explain any benefits the costumer can get. Very very weak, unfortunately this ruins the image of ADIB noting that the manager is sitting there not aware of any of this. Who’s responsibility is that?!
