Won't comment on the BANK services not really a great experience for the number of years I have been banking with them, would have rated even less. With this branch, Service was quick.... Thanks to the long working hours of this branch the queue was minimal. But don't know why in this day and age we have to VISIT a branch and sign on physical paper work to get a debit card on the new opened account?

Best experience of Banking. Hassle free, supportive and very informative the CRO Mr. Essam always went out of the way to assist and guide us. Will recommend all my friends to visit this branch for all banking purpose.

Horrible experience with extremely rude and impolite staff Mr Rabie and highly unhelpful branch with no quick resolution to issues. And all generic responses with even the manager singing the same song! No point of wasting if you need to update information as the branch is useless and staff treats you with so much attitude and disrespect. Highly not recommended if you want to preserve the sanctity of your mind. Zero stars!!!

I have been an AdCB client for the past few years, and i wish i would not have been their client. I am happy if ADCB would like to close my bank account. Very unprofessional bank, honestly. My debit card was blocked without any notification, and when i approached my branch.. I was asked to send an email with documentation and wait until someone is free, and IF I am lucky. I did send an email and waited for a week. On my second visit to the branch, I was told to wait further. As I was not lucky enough A few days later, I received a call and was questioned as like I am a new client. I was happy to hear my account is running and all good. Them I asked to replace my debit card and it done . But the delivery guys ARAMEX keeps calling, and I have not heard delivery now.. I am tied giving them the address which the bank should be providing to the courier company. ADCB + Aramex, ......Good job

I wanted to give 5 stars but no.it was such a great pleasure to decide ADCB since my colleagues recommended me to this bank,unfortunately since i opened up my account i have no access to it,whenever i put it in ATM machine telling me that my card is not active. Am really unhappy with the service.
