Can't get a clear info from them by phone. The call center agents are very nice and polite, but their knowledge is limited. To call the bank is a waste of time, as you'll have to go there in person just to get the information you need.

It’s open on Saturday, the problem is nobody was working. It’s not the bank, it’s the banking system that is an absolute joke. If nobody is working just shut it down why make fun of people and tell them it’s open.
