The complete opposite - amazing. Not only does this bank need a digital transformation, this bank needs a deep cleanup in leadership. The site works crookedly, they don’t respond to comments in the online chat, they want me to call the number at which you have to wait a long time. It seems to me that in the new era, the leadership should be ashamed, at least for the fact that they do not listen to criticism, since then there will be only one option - to close. And judging by the lack of banal responses to negative comments, they really do not care what their customers and potential customers think about them.

Worst banking service. They will cut off your money without notifying you and for failed system even though you have a good financial record. Also, their Collection Department treats their clients like thieves no matter how many years you’ve been paying them. Avoid them at all cost!

Worst Bank ever and poor staff , They made my car loan two times, after cancel my car loan still they are taking money every month . The staff don’t even care to update . My deposit refund still under process .
